Order and receive a scanner
Contact us to get a quote and order your scanner.

Download the app in the app store. Create an account and fill out the details.

Select the price plan, choose the number of Scanners you need and payment method that matches your budget and preferences (monthly flexibility or upfront savings)

After delivery, add the Scanner to your account and you’re ready for your first scan.

Can I try the scanner before I commit?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 1 month risk-free trial. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the scanner within this period and get a full refund. You only start to pay for the services once you continue. 

The Monthly Plan lets you spread your payments over 24 or 36 months, with a one-time hardware fee at the start. The Upfront Plan bundles hardware and usage into one payment, with 5–10% savings. Both plans include the same features and support.

No, the AGE Scanner hardware is purchased separately as a one-time fee. After that, choose how you want to pay for usage and support: monthly (Monthly Plan) or in one upfront payment (Upfront Plan). App access, updates, training and full support are included. Contact us to order your scanner(s).

At the end of your commitment, your plan automatically converts into a flexible month-to-month plan (Flex Plan) with the same features. You can also choose to renew for another 24 or 36 months at a discounted rate.

No worries. If your scanner breaks within the 1-year warranty, we’ll replace it free of charge.
