How to start

Getting started is simple

First, order one or more scanners by getting into contact with us. After you’ve paid and received your scanner(s), download the AGE Guide app from the app store. Create an account and just choose the plan that best suits your practice. Once payment is arranged for the services you’re ready to go.

Contact us to order your scanner(s). Once you paid we will courier it instantly. No matter where you are.

Select the price plan, choose the number of scanners you need (and ordered) and payment method that matches your budget and preferences (monthly flexibility or upfront savings)

After delivery, add the Scanner to your account and you’re ready for your first scan.

Can I try the scanner before I commit?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 1 month risk-free trial. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the scanner within this period and get a full refund. You only start to pay for the services once you continue. 

The Monthly Plan lets you spread your payments over 24 or 36 months, with a one-time hardware fee at the start. The Upfront Plan bundles hardware and usage into one payment, with 5–10% savings. Both plans include the same features and support.

No. First, order the Scanner and pay for it. Then choose the plan that suits you. Every plan includes full app access, updates, training, and support. 

At the end of your commitment, your plan automatically converts into a flexible month-to-month plan (Flex Plan) with the same features. You can also choose to renew for another 24 or 36 months at a discounted rate. (dat hadden we nog niet bedacht :))

No worries. If your scanner breaks within the 1-year warranty, we’ll replace it free of charge.
